PETER FALK, LNHA
Chief Executive Officer
Peter Falk is Autumn Care’s Founder and CEO. He has a degree in health care administration from the University of Seventh Day Adventist, is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator, a Certified Nursing Assistant, and a licensed building contractor.
Peter has worked for some of the best rehabilitation and assisted living corporations in the country and has vast amounts of knowledge and experience in caring for seniors. With an unlimited depth of resources provided by the entire organization, Peter is very involved and continues to ensure Autumn Care is able to offer excellent services in each community that we serve.

MARI FALK, MBA CPA
Chief Operating Officer
Mari oversees every aspect of the company which includes the quality of service, amenities, care, and programming for each and every Autumn Care Assisted Living Community. Mari has over 10 years of experience in the industry and has been with the company since its inception in 2008.

CHRIS FALK
VP of Finance & Accounting
Chris has lived in Knoxville most of his life and is a Webb School of Knoxville alumni. He is a graduate of the Daniels School of Business at Denver University with a minor in history. He joined Autumn Care in 2015 and is responsible for accounting and finance operation of the company. In his spare time, Chris enjoys golf and is a skilled musician.

Christina Frazier
Director of Nursing Farragut
Christina is a licensed practical nurse. She graduated from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College. She has been in the nursing profession for 19 years. During her career Christina has worked in diverse fields of medicine including: Dermatology, Internal Medicine, Rheumatology, and Cardiology. She was in charge of the Coumadin Clinic, was a Gynecology/ Obstetrics nurse, and was a school nurse for Blount Co. schools as their Special Ed. Nurse. Christina furthered her education at the University of Tennessee, graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology, focusing on medical and cultural aspects.
In 2018, she began working in the Assisted Living Industry. She began as a charge nurse, promoted to the Bridges to Rediscovery Director (A program that is based on Montessori skills and activities for residents that have Dementia) Then was promoted to the Director of Nursing, to focus on the resident’s plan of care, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Nursing Department.
Christina is married to Clinton, and is the mother of five children. She has two sons that attend college, one son in high school, her daughter is in middle school, and her youngest son in preschool. When Christina is not at work, she enjoys watching her daughter dance ballet, and take the family to the mountains along with their 10- year-old Standard Poodle Miley.

William "Al" Holley
Food Service Director
Chef Al’s culinary career began early on, inspired by his Southern roots. Al’s repertoire flourished during his time at the Downtown Hilton, followed by a career at two local country clubs, where he continued to develop and refined his management and culinary techniques. He is a professional chef with 30+ years of extensive experience in Southern and fine dining cuisine. After his years of experience with country clubs, Al went on to work with restaurants for Clayton Homes, Regal Cinema (Cinnabarre), and The Local Eatery and Grille. Throughout his career, he has managed dining services for small to large parties while supervising and motivating staff to perform to the best of their abilities across every service.
